Saving the mines: Execution

Following our abject failure at Stirland's mines in the Badlands we were ordered to aldorf to be disciplined; Captain Wulfenstern wanted to impress upon the League the magnitude of their failure. Red-faced he stalked up and down in front of us, ranting about how poorly we had performed. A priest raised his hand to interject and the Captain indicated for him to continue.

The priest's declaration that this wasn't our fault was cut short when Captain Wulfenstern whirled on him and discharged his pistol into the priests forehead. Once the priest's body had been dragged off, Captain Wulfenstern informed us that such was the cost of failure and then dismissed us. A number of us retired to Sigmar's Hammer tavern to drink to the memory of the poor fallen priest who had invoked the Captain's wrath.
